Bare skuespill, han ble helt sikkert redusert av passiviteten men han spiste jo kjempesunt. Feks H-melk, vi vet idag at dette er den eneste melken man bør bruke. Var i kjempeform, jobbet fysisk hardt, dro til Asia og festet masse og levde “usunt” i 2 måneder. Kom hjem, krise på jobb med sykemeldinger og fravær, jobbet over halve døgnet rundt og klarte meg helt fint, 2mnd festing hadde ikke redusert min fysiske form.
